2011 NFL Mock Draft Round Up

While I'm not knowledged enough to present my own mock draft for the first round of the NFL Draft, I figured I'd present a nice little round up of those who are for those who are curious.  Click below to read more and see who everyone thinks is going where!

Marcell Dareus
The common theme for the majority of the mock drafts are the number one pick.  Unanimously every mock drafter has Auburn's Cam Newton going to the Carolina Panthers.  Other trends include a concensus number two pick of Marcell Dareus, DT from Alabama, heading to Denver and the Broncos, Von Miller, a linebacker from Texas A&M going third to the Bills and a majority have Georgia WR AJ Green the first receiver off of the board, going fourth over all to the Cincinnati Bengals.  On an odd note, should AJ Green go to the Bengals they will have two players from the town of Summerville, SC on their squad.  AJ Green attended Summerville High School and last year's first round pick Carlos Dunlap went to my high school of graduation Fort Dorchester High School.

Mock drafts are efficient in their names for a reason: they are made up, mocked, and are made to be made fun of come the end of it all, mocked.  With a somewhat wide open field this year it seems the only safe bets are Cam Newton first, Marcell Dareus second, Von Miller third, and AJ Green fourth.  Anyone else?  Your guess is as good as theirs.
